Avalanche Canada AST 1 | 20hr WFA + CPR-C

Learn to identify avalanche terrain, become familiar about the complexities of snowpack structure analysis and how most professionals never solely rely on this variable in their decision making process. We will teach you the most commonly used snowpack tests and when to use them and what your results mean. Learn to use a consistent hazard analysis routing after gathering only the pertinent information before you venture into the backcountry.

IN ADDITION! We are very excited to take this course even further by adding an advanced level first aid certification to the curriculum. Prepare yourself for the worst case scenario.
