Payment in full is required for all training and events. We will be happy to offer a full refund if cancellation is requested 14 or more days prior to the start of a course. Partial refunds will be considered if cancellation is requested within 14 days, but no less than 48 hours of the course start. No refunds will be issued for cancellation within 48 hours of the start of a course, except in the case of extenuating circumstances, such as illness, injuries or other emergencies.
We will issue a full refund in the event that a course needs to be cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances on our end.
Registration can be transferred to a later course with no additional fees, if requested 14 days before the original course start date. Changes within 14 days of the original course start date will be charged an administrative fee.
Changes and cancellations outside of the above stated policy may be subject to administrative fees. Please contact us at info@canadianoutdoormed.com should you have any questions or concerns.
In order for us to offer the best learning environment we suggest that you register for our courses 14 days before the course start date, but are happy to accept learners who register within two days of the course start date (just be prepared to do your pre-reading!)

Weather + Learning in an Outdoor Environment:
We ask our learners to be prepared to learn outdoors in all weather conditions as learning in the field is a vital part of your Wilderness First Aid training.
